Designite Terms and Conditions set the rules and conditions for using designite.net. By using Designite, you agree to the rules below, so please read every section carefully. Kindly note that these terms cover the use of our website, while separate terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and separate terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.

1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Designite Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Designite, available at https://designite.net, and of all pages, features and content of designite.net. By accessing or using Designite, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Designite Terms and Conditions, the Designite Privacy Policy and the Designite Cookies Policy. Please continue to use Designite only if you agree. The publisher of Designite is identified in the Designite Impressum.

2. Content Is for Entertainment and Information Only

Designite publishes features about packaging, graphic and digital art and more. Everything published on Designite, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment, design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing or advertising advice, please consult a qualified and licensed professional, because content on Designite is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation, warranty or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. Designite is an independent editorial publication, so to purchase featured packaging, graphic and digital art designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. You alone are responsible for any decision you take on the basis of content published on Designite.

3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, Designite and all content published on designite.net are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that designite.net will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Designite does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, Designite, the publisher of Designite and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Designite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the access to or use of, or the inability to use, Designite, or reliance on any content published on designite.net, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in Designite Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Full Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Designite, the publisher of Designite and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Designite from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of Designite, (b) your breach of Designite Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through Designite or to the third-party services reached through Designite. The obligation to indemnify survives any end of your use of Designite.

6. Intellectual Property

Featured works. The packaging, graphic and digital art designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Designite belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties and related rights. Each work is shown on Designite for editorial or entertainment purposes, and the presentation of a work on Designite leaves every right with the respective owners.

Original materials of Designite. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Designite are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Designite. You are welcome to read Designite and to share links to pages of designite.net for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please obtain prior written permission from the publisher of Designite, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, redistributing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of designite.net, except where the law expressly allows.

Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Designite infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a written notice through the Designite Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Designite reviews every notice promptly and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.

7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising

Designite contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Designite, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain solely the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and discretion and subject to the terms of the respective third party.

Advertising shown on Designite is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the privacy-first advertising solution provider of Designite. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services

Some features of Designite, such as the Designite Submit Design page, the Designite Newsletter page and the Designite Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on designite.net and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not Designite, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You also agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.

9. Acceptable Use

12. General Provisions

A delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
