Wine Africa
Wine Africa is a packaging design for a set of four wines, presented in red, blue, orange and yellow. Each box is made of medium thickness cardboard with natural fibers and no lacquer coating. Two apertures on opposite sides of every box let light pass through the bottle, so the colour of the wine can be seen without close lighting. The bottles have a matt glass surface with glossy patterns of lines and spots taken from African animals. Eight animals appear across the four boxes, recalling the landscapes and fauna of Africa.
Wine Africa Limited Edition by Oksana Kashkovskaya was featured as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Wine Africa Limited Edition earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2020. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program that celebrates outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
