Cafe Guardiao
Cafe Guardiao is a packaging design for a premium roasted and ground coffee produced by a Brazilian cooperative. The visual identity is anchored by an archangel illustration, drawn in an engraving style, with protective wings as the dominant graphic element. Bold typography creates a clear visual hierarchy at the point of sale. A label band states the roast level, the cooperative origin, and the 100 percent pure conilon content. Flexographic printing on kraft and matte laminated substrates gives the package a matte finish and a tactile surface.
Cafe Guardiao Packaging Redesign by Tipz Boutique Criative Agency was highlighted as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Cafe Guardiao Packaging Redesign was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2026. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that celebrates superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
