Xi Feng Jiu
Xi Feng Jiu Tian Qi is a packaging design for a premium Chinese baijiu. The bottle is made of local crystal, electroplated with gold and finished with laser engraved patterns. The cap is made of aluminium alloy and set with crystal diamond cuts. The form of the cap draws on the phoenix crown worn by brides in ancient China. The gift box is made of acrylic and has a distinctive shape. The lid rises like a curtain and gradually reveals the bottle. The movement recalls the lifting of the red veil in traditional Chinese weddings.
Xi Feng Jiu Baijiu Packaging by Wen Liu was recognized as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Xi Feng Jiu Baijiu Packaging was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2026. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which celebrates exceptional design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
