Teaespresso
Teaespresso is a packaging design for a line of tea bags. The design uses a flat illustration style, a minimalist approach with limited details and effects. Each box shows a scene linked to the origin of the tea, from the tea hills of Taiwan, Japan and Sri Lanka to a British tea party. Bright contrasting colors keep the artwork clear and balanced. When three boxes from the same product line are placed side by side, the illustrations join into one larger picture. Production uses four color printing on high quality paper with matt lamination and a gold logo.
Teaespresso Packaging Design by Reddot Creative was featured as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Teaespresso Packaging Design won the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which recognizes excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
