Guotai Panda

Guotai Panda is a ceramic bottle designed for Chinese baijiu. The bottle uses abstract bionic forms to represent a panda. A groove in the bottle body forms an abstract panda arm and combines the bionic shape with ergonomics. The groove is non-slip and makes the bottle easier to hold. The bottle is held by the groove while the metal cap is turned with the other hand. The body of the bottle is streamlined and dynamic. The black, white and gold colors express oriental philosophy. The capacity is 500 millilitres.

Guotai Panda Bionic Chinese Baijiu Packaging by Jiahuizi Xu has been selected as a grand representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Guotai Panda Bionic Chinese Baijiu Packaging earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2022. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which rewards outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
