Dodoshine
Dodoshine is a brand identity created for an appliance brand that uses ultraviolet sterilization technology. The name refers to the Chinese habit of placing items in sunlight to kill bacteria, a practice linked both to a healthy lifestyle and to ultraviolet technology. The logotype is based on a bold sans serif typeface, with added serif details of the kind often used by fashion brands. The combination gives the brand a sunny and slightly fashionable image. The logotype can be printed on products and on marketing material at a minimum size of 34 by 10 millimeters.
Dodoshine Brand Design by sxdesign was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Dodoshine Brand Design won the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2021.
