Mr Baldie
Mr Baldie is a cookie packaging design that holds face-shaped cookies and chocolate sauce. The set contains three flavors: strawberry, mocha and original. Each cookie is shaped as a face without hair. The included chocolate sauce allows the cookie to be decorated by dipping. A hairstyle, a moustache or a goatee can be added in this way. The package is made of tinplate and measures 310 by 310 by 60 millimeters. The design treats snacking as a shared and playful experience rather than a simple meal.
Mr Baldie Cookie Packaging by Mutian Yu was highlighted as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Mr Baldie Cookie Packaging earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that celebrates exceptional design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
