PLANTS TRADE

PLANTS TRADE is a series of an innovative and artistic form of botanical specimens, which was developed to build a better relationship between humans and nature rather than educational materials. The Plants Trade Concept Book was prepared to help you understand this creative product. The book, designed in exactly the same size as the product, features not only nature photos but unique graphics inspired by the nature’s wisdom. More interestingly, the graphics are carefully printed by letterpress so that every image varies in color or texture, just like natural plants.

Cedea

The Cedea water design is inspired by the Ladin Dolomites and the legends about the natural light phenomenon Enrosadira. Caused by their unique mineral, the Dolomites light up in a reddish, burning hue at sunrise and sunset, lending the scenery a magic ambience. By “resembling the legendary magic Garden of Roses”, the Cedea packaging aims to capture this very moment. The result is a glass bottle making the water glare and flare to surprising effect. The colors of the bottle are meant to resemble the special glow of the Dolomites bathed in the mineral’s rose red and the blue of the sky.

Black Milk

Black Milk is a packaging design for a milk liqueur. The box has two sides with two different designs, one black and one white. When the black side faces the viewer, the white part of the bottle is seen. When the white side is shown, the black part of the bottle becomes the main tone. Cow spots form the main graphic element, and the shapes are repeated on the box and on the glass bottle. The box is made of matte natural paper, and the lid is made of wood with a silver metal ring. Pulling the ring lifts the bottle out of the box.

Optics and Chromatics

The title Optics and Chromatic refers to the debate between Goethe and Newton on the nature of colors. This debate is represented by the clash of the two letter-form compositions: one is calculated, geometric, with sharp contours, the other relies on the impressionistic play of colorful shadows. In 2014 this design served as the cover for Pantone Plus Series Artist Covers.

Clive

The concept of Clive cosmetics packaging was born to be different. Jonathan did not just want to create another brand of cosmetics with common products. Determined to explore more sensitivity and a little more than he believes in terms of personal care, he addresses one main goal. The balance between body and mind. With Hawaiian inspired design, the combination of tropical leaves, the tonality of the sea, and the tactile experience of the packages provide the sensation of relaxation and peace. This combination makes it possible to bring the experience of that place to the design.

Feral Horses

Feral Horses Brand Identity is a corporate identity designed for a company that works in the contemporary art investment field. The identity speaks to three audiences: art enthusiasts, professional traders, and curious achievers. A single pictogram brings together the artistic and the financial sides of the brand. The logo and its variants are pixel perfect, so the mark stays clear and recognizable. The colors were defined with the Pantone system and then converted to sRGB and CMYK. The selected fonts work both in print and on screen.
